Actually, my purpose is not to explain how to make pickles. To draw attention to how the principles and subtleties of management are similar to pickle making. So what, or what does it have to do with it? Maybe you can be right, but we say look from this angle! Management for me and according to many experts; I can say it is both a science, an art, and even a step forward and character. What is management; Working through others (through vegetables and fruits), collaborating with people (a chemical harmony between vegetable, fruit, water (H2O), vinegar (acid), salt (Nacl)), resources at hand (making healthy, tasty food with these ingredients and storage and preservation of products) is the activity of realizing the purpose.
